What format are the photos in?   While all YouLicenseMe.com photos are displayed on this website in the .jpg format, the masters exist - at a minimum - as high-resolution .psds at 300 dpi.

So why, then, did I once see your site display a photo's dimension as 600(px) x 480(px) with a file size of a meager .09(mb)?   That is the size of the THUMBNAIL image as displayed on our site, not the size of the master images kept hermetically sealed in our 1.2 million square foot vault.

Wow!  Is your vault really 1.2 million square feet?   When measured with really tiny rulers....yes.

Do you add photos on a regular basis?   Yes, as fast as they can be prepared and posted. 

Can I submit photos for you to license?   Right now the only photos that we make available for licensing are the ones taken by YouLicenseMe.com and it's existing partners. We may consider posting your photos in the future, so feel free to start a dialogue with us now.

Do you offer refunds?   Once a photo is delivered, we cannot offer a refund.  That said, if you find yourself in dire straits, just give us a shout to let us know your story and we'll see what we can work out together.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the YouLicenseMe.com photos?   Yes. While YouLicenseMe.com offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or any other use not spelled out in our agreement with you.  In other words - and to be very clear - your usage is strictly confined to the agreed-upon terms detailed in the written licensing agreement executed by all parties prior to delivery of the photograph(s) in question.

If I purchase a subscription are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site?   You currently don't need a subscription at YouLicenseMe.com, and you won't be downloading the final delivery images directly from our site.  However, we will happily sell you an expensive subscription if it will help you feel extra special.

What if we don't like your photos, but still want to exchange witty banter with you via email?   That's cool, just send us a note via hey@YouLicenseMe.com (or click on the "support" tab above).  And it better be darn funny!
